2.removal of 'bags under the eyes', tightening the skin of the lower eyelids and removal of wrinkles around the eyes

Upper eyelid correction: local anesthesia; general anesthesia if this procedure is in conjunction with, for example, a face lift. Excess skin and periorbital fat are eliminated. Incisions are made along natural folds of the eyelids.
Lower eyelid correctio: removal of excess skin and fat, and tightening of the skin to obtain correct tension in the lower eyelid. Incisions are made under the eyelash line or from the conjunctiva.
Change of eye shape: the procedure involves the removal of eye-corner folds, then elimination of excess periorbital fat from the upper eyelid.
POST OPERATIVE CARE :
Cold, wet compresses of boric acid or cold tea are recommended post-operatively, as is eye protection from the sun (sunglasses). Follow-up visit to remove stitches 5-7 days post-operatively.

LENGTS OF TIME PATIENT MUST REMAIN AFTER THE PROCEDURE:
outpatient basis, return to regular activities after 7-10 days
TIME NEED FOR RECUPERATION:
Swelling and mild pain are felt for a few days. In the first days after the procedure, the eyelids may not close properly, or they may not be immediately adjacent to the eyeball; this can cause eye dryness. Visual disturbances are possible.
Symptoms usually resolve after a few days. The face appears normal in about 10-14 days, and the final effect is evaluation approximately 1 month after the procedure. Possible recurrences of swelling can be covered up with make-up after about 7 days. Eye moisturizing drops (artificial tears) are recommended.
